Information we collect

Depending on how you use Elevra OS, we may process:

• Account information, including your name, email address, account identifier, organization, and workspace role.
• Customer and business information, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, subcontractor details, project notes, estimates, materials, milestones, deliveries, and calendar events.
• User content, including documents, spreadsheets, field photos, voice requests, and messages sent to Atlas.
• Device permissions and technical information, such as whether camera, photo, microphone, speech, notification, or biometric app-lock features are enabled.
• Service and security data, such as request, error, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide and synchronize your Elevra OS workspace.
• Manage accounts, permissions, projects, files, and calendars.
• Process Atlas requests and generate AI-assisted responses.
• Deliver requested notifications and customer communications.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and provide support.

AI and voice features

Atlas may use saved permit status, outstanding permit checklist items, and Planning review-task status visible to the signed-in member to answer questions through OpenAI. This status handoff does not include plan files, email bodies, or full review reports.

When you use Atlas, the text, voice transcript, selected image or document, and relevant project context needed to answer your request may be sent to OpenAI for processing. Spoken replies may also be generated by OpenAI. Do not submit information to Atlas that you are not authorized to use. Elevra OS does not use Atlas content for advertising. Selected business cards may be read to prepare contact details; you review and choose whether to add or update a Trade Partner.

When an owner authorizes automatic architectural-plan review, newly received plan PDFs and matching job and permit details may be sent to OpenAI to prepare draft packet reviews. Original files stay in private storage. These drafts do not approve or submit a permit.

When an owner enables automatic cost reading, incoming supplier invoices, receipts, and vendor email text or attachments may be sent to OpenAI to prepare itemized cost drafts. Owners verify the source, job, and amounts before a draft becomes a recorded job cost. Original extractions and reviewed item history are retained in private storage. This does not pay invoices, order materials, or automatically change customer prices. Private cost history is not sent to public web searches.

Camera, photos, selected contacts, microphone, and Face ID

Elevra OS requests these iPhone permissions only when you use a related feature. For contact import, Elevra uses Apple's system picker and receives only the one person you select—not your address book. The selected name, phone, email, and address are first copied into an editable form. They are uploaded to your secure Elevra company workspace only after you review the fields and press Save, where they are used for the customer record, connected jobs and estimates, and team contact actions. Photos and camera images are uploaded only after you choose or capture them. Microphone and speech access are used for voice commands. Face ID or the device passcode can protect access to the app; Elevra OS does not receive or store your biometric data. You can change permissions at any time in iPhone Settings.

Connected advertising reports

When an owner connects Google Ads, Elevra OS stores the authorization securely on its backend and reads campaign performance for that authorized workspace. When requested, dated campaign names, status, spend, clicks and conversion metrics are sent to OpenAI to prepare an Atlas report. This connection does not change campaigns or budgets. Owners can revoke access in their Google account. Advertising data is not used in public web searches.

Storage and service providers

Elevra OS uses service providers to operate the app. Cloudflare provides hosting, database, and file-storage infrastructure. OpenAI processes Atlas AI and speech requests. Apple provides iPhone platform services such as permissions, notifications, and biometric authentication. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Connected business bank accounts

When an authorized owner or administrator connects a business account, Stripe Financial Connections obtains consent and handles the bank connection. Elevra OS receives account identifiers, institution and display details, and transaction dates, descriptions, amounts and statuses to categorize activity and help match it to company jobs. This connection requests transaction access, not authority to move money.

Bank transaction records are stored in our US database and remain separated by company of record. Infrastructure providers process this information to operate the service. You can stop future updates using Disconnect in Finances. Disconnecting does not delete previously imported business records or reviews; retention and deletion choices below continue to apply. Availability and history depend on your bank.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information and do not use personal information for cross-app advertising tracking. We share information only with service providers needed to operate Elevra OS, with your organization and authorized users, when you direct us to share it, or when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Elevra OS, satisfy business and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Authorized users can remove many records and files within the app. Any user can permanently delete their Elevra OS account from More → Account → Account controls. Workspace owners can use the same screen to permanently delete the entire workspace, including team access, project data, integrations, and stored files. Shared company records may remain under the workspace owner's control after a team member deletes their individual access. Some information may remain in backups or records that must be retained by law for a limited time.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include access controls, encrypted network connections, workspace authorization, file validation, and protected service credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. You may also change iPhone permissions, delete your account from More → Account → Account controls, or ask your workspace administrator to update your access. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.

Children

Elevra OS is a business application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Elevra OS changes. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date when changes are material.
